Take a cliff-top walk overlooking Knight’s & Boomer Beaches round to Ladies’ Beach and beautiful Horseshoe Bay. There are boogie boards for you to use during your stay should you desire.
Stop off for coffee at the Flying Fish on the beach at Horseshoe Bay, Retro Vibe, Thunderbird or Jelly on The Strand or Cockles on North situated on North Tce in Port Elliot.
Experience the wonderful offerings from the renowned Port Elliot bakery on North Tce - there is always a queue extending out the door in the summer months!
Dine out at the Hotel Elliot, The Flying Fish, Mr India, Thunderbird or the Royal Family Hotel (all are located within short walking distance of Cowsley House)
Take a trip to the Historic riverport of Goolwa (8km east of Port Elliot) or the larger town of Victor Harbor (7km west of Port Elliot.) From Goolwa you can join a spectacular Coorong Cruise, taking in The Coorong National Park and the lakes at the mouth of the Murray River. Explore the Encounter Bikeway which extends from Victor Harbor to Goolwa.
